Beverage Distributor United Kingdom
A & S BEVERAGES is a beverage distributor for United Kingdom trade buyers, supplying soft drinks, energy drinks, juice drinks, sparkling water and iced tea by the pallet. Our registered office is in London, and we work with UK wholesalers, distributors, importers, retailers, HoReCa businesses and vending operators.
Supplying UK Trade Buyers with Branded Drinks
A & S BEVERAGES LTD has its registered office at 95 Mortimer Street in London. We supply UK wholesalers, distributors, importers and HoReCa-focused buyers that order by the pallet or in larger volumes, and our sales team reviews every enquiry before a written quotation is issued.
Buyers serving retail, hospitality, wholesale and vending channels in the UK can source soft drinks, energy drinks, juice drinks, sparkling water and iced tea through us. Because every order is quoted in writing, the price, pallet set-up and delivery terms are agreed before anything is dispatched.
UK market information: Official statistics are published by the Office for National Statistics. Sugar-sweetened soft drinks can be liable for the Soft Drinks Industry Levy, and in England, Wales and Northern Ireland food safety is overseen by the Food Standards Agency.

What UK Buyers Should Check Before Importing Drinks
Since the UK left the EU, drinks shipped from the EU into Great Britain are imports. They need customs declarations, and import VAT and any customs duty are payable. Deliveries to Northern Ireland follow different rules.
Your written quotation names the Incoterm for the order, so you know before dispatch who arranges customs clearance and who pays duty and import VAT.
Delivery, Customs and Incoterms for UK Orders
Confirmed orders leave from a separate third-party logistics site, Rögelein GmbH in Weilimdorf, Germany, which is used for dispatch only and is not our registered office. Pallet and full-truckload deliveries are then planned to your UK address on the terms in your quotation.
Check which party will make the UK customs declaration. You can do it yourself or appoint a customs agent or freight forwarder, and GOV.UK sets out each step, from finding the commodity code to reclaiming import VAT if your business is VAT registered.

Answers for UK wholesalers, distributors and importers preparing a first order.
Yes. The United Kingdom is one of our key markets, and we supply wholesalers, distributors, importers, retailers, HoReCa businesses and vending operators there. Customs rules for Northern Ireland differ, so please give the full delivery address when you enquire.
Our UK range covers soft drinks, energy drinks, juice drinks, sparkling water and iced tea, and we sell to businesses only.
Confirmed orders are dispatched from Rögelein GmbH, a third-party logistics site in Weilimdorf, Germany. Our registered office is at 95 Mortimer Street, London.
That depends on the Incoterm in your written quotation. Under DAP the buyer normally handles import clearance, duty and VAT, while under DDP the seller does. Our DAP vs DDP guide explains the difference.
It can. Businesses that bring liable sugar-sweetened drinks into the UK may need to register with HMRC. From 1 January 2028 the lower threshold is due to fall from 5 g to 4.5 g of total sugar per 100 ml, and milk-based drinks will come into scope.
Send your requirements through our contact page, including the products, quantities, UK delivery postcode and your preferred Incoterm.
