Trade beverage supply for Croatian companies

Beverage Supplier Croatia: Wholesale Drinks by the Pallet

A & S BEVERAGES is a cross-border beverage supplier for Croatia, quoting energy drinks, soft drinks, iced tea, juice drinks and water to buyers in wholesale, retail, HoReCa and vending. We assess each enquiry by destination, SKU, pack format, pallet quantity and Croatian market readiness.

Stock, minimum order, case and pallet build, deposit status, label language, remaining shelf life, taxes and freight terms are settled in your written quotation. This page does not fix any of them.

Trade supply into Croatia

Cross-Border Drinks Supply for Croatian Companies

A & S BEVERAGES looks at trade enquiries from Croatian firms that distribute, resell, serve or vend drinks. Supply is B2B and cross-border; nothing here suggests a Croatian office, a local warehouse or exclusive appointment by any beverage manufacturer.

Croatia is in the EU, uses the euro and has Croatian as its official language, all of which can make commercial planning easier. Checks are still needed on the buyer, the status of the goods, VAT treatment, Croatian food information, packaging requirements and taxes that apply to particular products. For background, see the EU’s official Croatia country profile.

Everything on this beverage supplier Croatia page concerns Croatian orders. Buying for other countries as well? See the European markets we cover, or read how our wholesale beverage supply in Europe works overall.

Pack formats and load planning

Choosing Brands, Cases and Pallet Configurations

You can ask for cans, PET or glass bottles and multipacks where those formats are on offer. Units per case and pallet builds change with the SKU, can or bottle size, source market and load-safety needs, so a category name alone cannot give you an accurate order.

01

The precise SKU

Give brand, flavour and pack size, plus the container material and case count.

02

How many pallets

Your target in cases or pallets, and whether it is a repeat order.

03

Combining products

A mixed pallet is looked at in sealed cases, with checks on format compatibility and how stock is allocated.

04

Shelf-life needs

Tell us the shortest remaining shelf life you accept, so batches can be checked.

Bigger or mixed-category volumes are covered in bulk and pallet order planning. Because brand availability, artwork and market-specific recipes can change, the final offer is governed by the current stock list and the quotation you accept.

Match the range to your channel

Planning Drinks for Croatian Retail, HoReCa and Vending

Each channel has its own needs for pack format, serving temperature, range depth and restocking frequency. Tell us where the drinks will be sold so we can review your enquiry in practical terms.

Wholesalers & distributors

Focus on SKUs you can reorder, consistent case configurations, well-filled pallets and batches that are easy to identify.

Shops & convenience

Confirm the deposit mark, label language, EAN/GTIN and shelf-ready unit size, plus where it sits in your consumer pricing.

Hospitality & catering

How you serve, the storage you have, seasonal peaks and delivery access decide between glass, PET or cans.

Vending & workplace drinks

Make sure dimensions suit your machines, and settle the can or bottle format, any sugar-free lines and restocking quantities.

Plan for the season: Croatian Bureau of Statistics figures put tourist nights in commercial accommodation at 94.8 million in 2025. If you supply hospitality, convenience outlets or coastal shops, that official data can help you time forward stock and delivery slots. Read the official tourism release.

Checks before resale

Is Each SKU Ready for Sale in Croatia?

Being on sale in another European country does not make a drink ready for the Croatian market. The businesses responsible need to pin down the exact SKU and confirm which packaging, tax, food-information and market-placement obligations apply.

01

Label content and language

Check the name of the product, the ingredient list with allergens emphasised, the nutrition declaration, net quantity, date and storage details, the responsible operator and any warnings that apply. Mandatory particulars must be shown in a form suitable for consumers in Croatia.

02

Caffeine levels and recipe review

Where an energy drink or similar beverage qualifies, its label may need a high-caffeine statement plus the caffeine quantity. Classification can also turn on the recipe and on sugar, sweetener, caffeine and taurine levels.

03

Deposit scheme, GTIN and packaging

Establish whether the container is covered by Croatia’s deposit-return system and whether its GTIN and deposit mark are suitable. Agree who takes care of RPPO/EPR registration, packaging reports and the fees that go with them.

04

VAT and Croatia’s special tax

Qualifying non-alcoholic drinks are subject to a Croatian special tax that depends on their composition. How VAT and customs apply is determined by the legal entities involved, their VAT status, the status of the goods, proof of transport and the trade terms agreed.

Put responsibilities in writing. Before an order is accepted, both sides should agree who handles Croatian labelling, the special tax, RPPO/EPR, deposit registration, placing the product on the market and any charges at destination. This page does not say any of these are included.

How ordering works

Six Steps from Croatian Enquiry to Confirmed Dispatch

Each step exists to turn a clearly stated requirement into a written offer you can trace. Stock, prices, pallet builds and delivery dates are held only once the commercial process has confirmed them.

  1. 1

    Share your requirement

Send company details, the delivery city and postcode, the products and formats you want in cases or pallets, a shelf-life target and your preferred delivery basis.

  2. 2

    SKU and market check

We look at which SKUs and source-market versions are available, check the pack data and raise any market-readiness points that affect your request.

  3. 3

    Planning the load and freight

We then review the case split, pallet set-up, access at the delivery point and whether you need collection or freight.

  4. 4

    Your written offer

It sets out the products offered, the quantity basis and commercial price, which charges are in or out, how long the offer is valid and the delivery term agreed.

  5. 5

    Acceptance and paperwork

Order documents are drawn up once you have accepted the confirmed terms and completed the relevant payment and verification steps.

  6. 6

    Coordinating the shipment

Once confirmed, goods are readied for whichever collection or freight arrangement was agreed, with timings taken from the accepted load plan.

Getting goods to Croatia

Routing Croatian Orders from Germany

We coordinate confirmed shipments from the Rögelein GmbH dispatch warehouse in Weilimdorf, Germany, which is a separate site. Our part is that of commercial supplier running the order; A & S BEVERAGES does not claim to be the freight carrier or to own the warehouse.

The Croatian postcode, number of pallets, weight and dimensions, collection or delivered terms, access limits, booking requirements and the final load plan all shape freight cost and timing. Whether goods are bound for Zagreb, Split, Rijeka, Osijek or somewhere else, we price the actual requirement rather than offering one nationwide promise.

Moving goods already in free circulation within the EU is not the same as importing from a third country. Even so, VAT, the status of the goods, Croatian special tax, packaging obligations and who provides which documents must still be confirmed for each transaction.

Clear, Documented Terms for Croatian Drinks Buyers

Our B2B process is documented at each stage, so your request, what is commercially available and the terms you finally accept are kept distinct.

Confirmed at SKU level

For each product offered we record its market version, brand, flavour, pack format and case build.

Load planning

Quantities and mixed orders are checked for format compatibility, stock allocation and a stable load.

Terms set out in writing

Price, quantity, validity, delivery basis and any included or excluded costs appear in your quote.

Clear about locations

We draw a clear line between the Ukrainian legal entity and the German dispatch warehouse, which is a separate site.

No blanket compliance promises

Tax, labels, deposit status and who handles market placement are checked, never taken for granted.

All commercial requests come in through the website form or sales@asbeverages.org.

Common questions

Beverage Supplier Croatia: Buyer Q&A

These answers describe how a typical enquiry runs. Actual products, quantities, charges and responsibilities are governed by the written quotation.

Can a Croatian business send you a wholesale enquiry?

Yes. Verified trade buyers in Croatia, from wholesalers and distributors to retailers, vending operators and HoReCa businesses, can send requests for review. Acceptance turns on the products and quantities requested, the destination and the terms agreed.

What kinds of drinks can buyers in Croatia request?

You can request any available energy drinks, soft drinks, juice drinks and iced tea, as well as still or sparkling water. The quote then confirms brand, flavour, SKU, pack size, case configuration and source-market version.

Is it possible to mix different drinks on one pallet?

We can look at mixed pallets and multi-SKU orders, though they are never automatic. Compatibility between products, sealed-case quantities, how stable the pallet will be, stock allocation and price all need written confirmation.

Is there a fixed minimum order?

We do not publish one minimum that covers every product. Yours depends on the SKU, case format and pallet configuration, on what is available at the time and on whether you are ordering a single product or a mix. The quotation will state it.

What should I include to get a quote for Croatia?

Send your company name, the kind of buyer you are, a business email and, where relevant, VAT or registration details. Add the delivery city and postcode, which products and formats you need and in what quantity of cases or pallets, your shelf-life requirement, unloading conditions and a preference for collection or delivery.

Are labels and deposit marks for Croatia checked SKU by SKU?

They need to be, against the exact SKU on offer. Before the order is accepted, the parties should agree the Croatian-language food information, any warnings that apply, the GTIN and deposit mark, packaging registration and which business carries the market-placement obligations.

Which location do confirmed Croatian orders ship from?

They are coordinated from Rögelein GmbH’s dispatch warehouse, a separate site at Turbinenstraße 17, 70499 Weilimdorf, Germany. LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY A & S BEVERAGES does not have its registered office there.

How do you work out product prices and freight?

Prices reflect the confirmed SKU, how many cases you order, the pallet mix and what is commercially available at the time. Freight is worked out from the load details, delivery postcode, access conditions and the delivery basis agreed. Deposit, special tax, VAT, packaging fees and other charges are only included where the quotation expressly says so.
